Happy Thanksgiving to you all!!
Mark is trying out for the Macy's Parade. He is about the size of Snoopy! We are hoping they can deflate him a bit today.
Other than that he is doing great. If his labs are okay this morning we are going to cook Thanksgiving dinner when we get home. Only it will be in miniature. It is a challenge to go from cooking for 30 to 2.
Yesterday was gorgeous and it was very much appreciated. Amazing what sunshine can do for your state of mind. It is still very cool and windy but we bundled up and went for a walk. Then while Mark rested I braved the Wednesday before Thanksgiving at Wal-Mart for our dinner supplies. Mark has emailed me his Mama’s dressing recipe - knowing it takes her special hands to make it. He also wants rutabagas - I surely don’t know about that.
We have so much to be Thankful for and we give God the praise for his goodness.
